Welcome aboard Captain Tektite’s Automaton! The Automaton is a research vessel currently trapped (DATA EXPUNGED), though thanks to which we have been able to identify silhouettes amongst the static that we observe. While we’re not entirely sure how you got here, we’re going to make your stay as pleasant as possible! We do a lot of research on the Silhouettes in Noise, as we’ve dubbed them, and have identified multiple universes worth of things happening! It’s fascinating, so do take a look around!

Silhouettes in Noise is an experimental web-serial that features multiple universes and multiple stories at once. While the universes aren’t strictly connected, on occasion they bleed – in dreams or visions most often and rarely in greater ways. You won’t need to read everything in order to make sense of what’s going on. You’re free to pick one universe at a time, or whatever suits your fancy!

The majority of these universes feature non-heteronormative societies, though individuals and specific locations may vary.

• There’s a kudos system! You can leave kudos once every 30 days and on every installment if you wish! I’ll get a message and honestly I’ll probably yell happily and be giddy about it.
